Old school Seat Leon 2.0tdi 2012 came in for rolling road tuning along with software patchs for dpf, egr and added hard cut limiter.
Vehicle was already tuned elsewhere that the customer did not know about producing 220hp & 395nm of torque. After examining the software we could see boost was already maxed out but lots of fuel maps, fuel and torque limiters missed. After our work correcting the file was complete we made a healthy 20hp & 38nm of torque at peak, along with a nice power increase across the whole rev range.
