This Astra 1.9cdti originally had a stage 1 remap done with a local mobile competitor who mapped the car to produce 210hp!
Once we run the car on the dyno for a baseline figure with data logs we could tell straight away something was not right.
The engine only produced 172hp and 374nm of torque!
Once we downloaded the tuning file and compared to an original we could see clearly the improvements we could create. After creating a fresh map from a new original, lowering both the fuel and boost request over the competitors solution we produced 214hp and 456nm of torque on the dyno.
Overall the customer is over the moon with the transformation we have made and can feel the difference like night and day on the road between us and the competition.
